The Carolina Horse Park is the Sandhills largest equestrian show facility. A cornerstone event, the Stoneybrook Steeplechase, is held every April. The Carolina Horse Park is located on 250 acres, approximately 12 miles south of Southern Pines, North Carolina. There are wonderful flat fields, perfect for show jumping, dressage and racing, as well as expansive wooded areas that host cross country courses for eventing and the obstacles for the country's best Combined Driving Events (CDE).

Stoneybrook Steeplechase

The show facility has 192 permanent stalls, 3 show jumping rings, a dressage area with space for 5 rings, 6 championship level cross country courses, driving  obstacles and a 7/8 mile steeplechase track . For competitors with RV’s thereis 65 hook up sites with water and electricity.

A nice place to show horses

The shows are managed by different groups but there is new stabling and ample parking.
